1. About these terms
These terms govern the provision of FPV drone filming services by AeroFrame FPV (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you. By submitting a booking enquiry or confirming a booking you agree to these terms.
2. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a booking or binding contract. A contract is only formed when we have confirmed your booking in writing and received a deposit or full payment as agreed.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer. We will provide bank details on confirmation of your booking. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your shoot date.
- The remaining balance is due within 7 days of delivery of the final footage.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final footage until payment is received in full.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you cancel or reschedule:
- More than 14 days before the shoot: deposit is fully refundable.
- 7–14 days before: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
- Less than 7 days before: deposit is non-refundable.
If we need to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances outside our control, we will offer a full reschedule or a full refund.
5. CAA compliance and safety
All flights are conducted in compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations. We hold appropriate operator authorisation and insurance. You are responsible for ensuring that we have all necessary permissions to access and film at the agreed location, including landowner and third-party consents where required.
We reserve the right to refuse or abort a flight if, in our professional judgement, it cannot be conducted safely or legally.
6. Intellectual property
All footage and photographs captured during a shoot remain the intellectual property of AeroFrame FPV until payment has been received in full.
Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the delivered footage for the purposes agreed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AeroFrame FPV retains the right to use footage in its own portfolio and showreel.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
