AeroFrame FPV is a UK-based FPV drone filming service operated by AeroFrame FPV (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for the personal information you provide to us.

• Phone number (if provided)
• Project details you share with us (shoot type, location, timeline, etc.)

We do not collect any sensitive personal data, payment card details, or information about children.

Why we collect it

We collect your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and fulfil any services you book with us. The lawful basis for this processing under the UK GDPR is Article 6(1)(b) — processing necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.

We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store your data

Enquiry details are stored securely in a private database accessible only to AeroFrame FPV. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to complete your project and for a reasonable period thereafter (no longer than 3 years), unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your data may be processed by the following service providers strictly to operate this website:

• Vercel (website hosting — US; covered by Standard Contractual Clauses)
• Neon (database hosting — US; covered by Standard Contractual Clauses)

All providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
